Noir Hotel has a wheelchair-accessible room, which is reachable by lift. Please indicate your need at the time of making a reservation.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
There is an individual temperature controller in your room. In winter, the system is only suitable for heating through the floor. In summer, our system is only suitable for cooling through the fan coil. The start time of the cooling or heating season depends on the weather.
BABY COT
At the request of our guests arriving with their children, we provide baby cots and bed linen.
BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS
Bathrobe and slippers are available upon request, for a fee.
BICYCLE STORAGE
Our hotel has a closed, camera-monitored bicycle storage facility. Our service is free of charge. Please ask our receptionist for assistance.

CLEANING
Our maids clean the rooms between 8 am. and 4 pm. Daily cleaning for our resident guests takes place between 9 am. and 3:30 pm.
COFFEE MAKER
A Nespresso coffee machine is included in the room facilities. During the daily cleaning, our housekeepers will replace the coffee capsules for free of charge.

The hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Our rooms are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors, which sound a loud and sharp alarm if smoke is detected. In case of smoking, the hotel is entitled to charge an extra cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on the terraces of the rooms with the terrace door closed. In the case of rooms without a terrace, the common terrace opening from the corridor is suitable for smoking, also with the door closed.
